This Thumball combines breathing exercises and stretches (poses common in the practice of yoga) to help players self-regulate their bodies and reduce stress. Players can lead the group in the stretch or breathing exercise under their thumb. Instructions for each breathing exercise are included. Some of the common stretches illustrated on the Thumball include Warrior Pose, Cat Pose Tree Pose, Child Pose and more. The breathing exercises include Bubble Breathing, Elephant Breathing, Turtle Breathing and more.
